    What happens if we start the Collaborative Divorce process and decide we don't like it?

    You must hire new lawyers and start over. You cannot use any of the information disclosed in the Collaborative process if you do decide to go to court. Your Collaborative Lawyer will provide you with a list of options and resources for an alternative to the Collaborative Process.
