Introduction:

Since I began practicing family law in 1985, I have studied to be able to offer clients a full range of options for resolution. I completed the Collaborative training in 2001. I hold Law Society certifications as a mediator, parenting coordinator and family law arbitrator, as well as being a member of the Hear the Child Society Roster. 

Outside of work, I enjoy the opportunity to present on family law issues to groups including Continuing Legal Education BC, the Professional Legal Training Course, Trial Lawyer Association of BC, the Pacific Business and Law Institute, the Hear the Child Society, The People's Law School, Battered Women's Support Services, the BC Behavioural Analyst Branch and the Symposium on Children's Participation in Justice Processes in Calgary, Alberta. 

I have volunteered for various organizations over the years, currently serving as a member of the Hear the Child Society board of directors.
