Introduction:

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with special training in Collaborative Divorce, Conflict Resolution and Relationships. As a divorce coach, I am calm and gentle yet firm when needed. My philosophy is that all emotions and feelings are a-ok; it’s the way people respond to their emotions that can be problematic.

In the intensely emotional experience of divorce, I am a calming and steady presence. I help you communicate what you need, handle your emotions in healthy ways and get the most beneficial arrangement possible. I work with other professionals on the collaborative divorce team to bring compassion, dignity and respect to the challenging process of separating.

In addition to my work as a divorce coach, I am an experienced relationship counselor who helps couples improve communication, learn to manage conflict and enhance intimacy.
