Introduction:

I hold a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of British Columbia and a degree in Conflict Resolution from the University of Winnipeg. Drawing from over fifteen years of experience, I specialize in helping individuals, families, and groups navigate challenges, rebuild relationships, and find constructive paths forward.

My professional background spans coaching, mediation, and motivational interviewing, as well as extensive training in facilitating dialogue and fostering understanding between people in conflict. I have taught counselling skills to aspiring counsellors, mentored graduate-level students, and worked with diverse communities, including people with disabilities, individuals living with addictions, and caregivers. In both professional and community settings, I have facilitated support and psycho-education groups, helping participants develop coping strategies, communication skills, and resilience.
