Since 2013 Registered Clinical Counsellor Joelle Lazar has helped individuals and couples to break free from self defeating patterns that limit their capacity to live and love to the fullest. Joelle is dedicated to ongoing professional development in evidence-based approaches such as Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT).  Informed by attachment, the neurobiology of trauma, and emotion science, Joelle's approach is aligned with her Clients goals for symptom relief and positive change in a time and cost efficient process that is compassionate, collaborative, and empowering.
