In this Lunch and Learn, our Canadian colleague, Jacinta Gallant, will lead us through the new digital client experience she created as part of the Our Family in Two Homes collection. All of those resources are available to CDV members.

Jacinta will share how the digital tools can build better engagement with clients in CP and mediation, create a common framework for interdisciplinary work and improve efficiency and connection in team communication – all the while harnessing the power of curiosity and great questions, to bring insight to all.

Jacinta Gallant is a collaborative lawyer, conflict trainer and innovator. She is recognized internationally for her insightful and experiential approach to teaching and managing conflict, and has been welcomed as a trainer throughout the collaborative world. Her law practice Waterstone Law Group focuses exclusively on out-of-court resolution.
