Our CDV association primarily endorses and relies on the two coach model as part of our interdisciplinary collaborative process. Other provinces and states use only one coach or "Mental Health Professional" to support families through the collaborative process. What are the benefits to the team of each of these collaborative models? How do we know which model to implement and endorse in our collaborative work?
Understanding these two approaches helps professionals and clients choose the model that best fits the family's needs, complexity, and resources.
