Introduction:

With a background in psychology and a lived experience as a child of divorce, Kathryn brings both empathy and insight to her work as a collaborative family lawyer. Her goal has always been to help families stay out of court and in control of their own futures. 

Kathryn understands that every family is unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to navigating family transitions. Her approach centers on the child’s best interests, while also recognizing and honoring the complex dynamics that make each family distinct. Whether working with parents, partners, or extended family members, Kathryn works with her clients to find a sustainable and balanced outcome for the family going forward. 

Kathryn is no stranger to litigation, but in recent years, she has been integrating her mediation and collaborative skills into her litigation practice where possible as she has seen the long-term benefits to her clients and the children involved. Kathryn’s clients often comment on her calming and compassionate approach to her files.
