Introduction:

Lindy has been practicing family law in South Delta since 2009. Lindy’s practice focuses on out of court resolutions to family law issues including but not limited to parenting arrangements, support, and property division. She also regularly prepares cohabitation and pre/post nuptial agreements.

Lindy completed her training as a collaborative divorce lawyer in 2015 and is a firm believer in this approach to family law dispute resolution. The collaborative process allows parties to craft an agreement that works for their individual family and throughout the process the parties have the opportunity for support from financial, mental health, and legal professionals.

Lindy volunteers regularly in her community and she is currently in her fourth year as a board member with Deltassist, a non profit organization dedicated to the wellbeing of the people of Delta.

Lindy’s professional memberships include Collaborative Divorce Vancouver, Collaborative Roster Society, the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, Hear the Child Society, and the Family Law Subsection and Women Lawyers Forum of the BC Branch of the Canadian Bar Association.

In her spare time, Lindy enjoys travelling, reading, and spending time by the ocean.
